We collect personal information that you provide to us, including full name, email address, phone number (verified via OTP), delivery/home service address, and geo-location coordinates. For salon partners, we also collect government verification IDs, business registrations, and banking details to process payouts.
2. Hyperlocal GPS Location
Nearit is a hyperlocal beauty marketplace. We track real-time GPS locations to connect you with the nearest home salons or beauty experts. Beautician locations are streamed during live trip status tracking to provide accurate ETAs to customers.
3. Payment Processing via Razorpay
All online financial transactions are securely processed through Razorpay or UPI interfaces. Nearit does not store credit card details or net banking credentials on its servers. Payment collection complies with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines.
4. Safety & OTP Verification
To prevent fraudulent bookings and ensure the security of customer households, home service bookings require double verification. Customers are provided a unique 4-digit OTP, which should only be shared with the beautician upon arrival at the location.
